Subject	Question about clutch issue

Message	I've been having this problem for about 1500 miles or so, with about 3000 miles on a new clutch - I have trouble putting the vehicle in 1st gear with the clutch fully depressed from a stop, and more increasingly trouble putting in gear at a speed (2-4) - I will be able to get the car in but it feels as if I am pressing through a barrier to get it in gear. Once I get it into gear I will be able to move it into any gear with ease until the clutch is let out where it will be difficult initially to get into gear. I have a southbend dxd stage 4 kevlar for a non-turbo trans as I had Bernie do the 5 speed swap. Where should I start? The clutch has never slipped, never had a burning smell and I dont abuse it with fast starts.
